Thomas Long is the Managing Director of Time-Logic Inc in Delray Beach, Florida. He has over 30 years’ experience as a forensic schedule analyst working on mega construction projects in the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. He is the creator and developer of the delay analysis software which won the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) Innovation Award for Australia in 2022. Thomas was also granted a US Utility Patent based on recent insights in delay analysis methodology (Advanced Delay Analysis Mechanism, Patent US 11417044). He holds a bachelor’s degree in physics and mathematics from Wabash College.
